@Batchick94 well m8… pilates isn’t a bopdybuilding workout, it’s a sculpting workout. The goal of pilates is to have a vv firm and fluid body without bulging muscles. I f you want musclemass you go bodybuilding ifyou want to be slender and firm.. you do this
@DestinyBieber95 thanks for your comment. They are all excellent for your lower stomach if you are engaging the assess muscles. Search for the video ’studio pilates basics’ if you haven’t already watched it to get you on the right track, then blast away
If your back is hurting you just need to build strength by doing all of the abs exercises with your feet on the floor and not in tabletop. This should eliminate any of this discomfort. This will also eliminate the work in the legs too. Once the abs are stronger you will feel both of these equipment less. Make sure you watch the Pilates Basics as well. try searching studio Pilates basics
Be grateful you so much for this AMAZING programme! I have always had a lot of extra on my stomack! For the first time in many years I started to notice a fantastic difference just after 3 weeks of practising it!Studiooilates be grateful you!
which exercise is best for lower stomach? when i do these exercises i feel only my abbs working and i really need my lower stomach toned. thanx so much your videos help alot! (please answer )
Myth, Pilates will define the waistline and flatten & sculpt the abs. Get stuck into it.
Bust can really only reduce if your body stout levels reduce considerably.
Whole of my body is in proportion. I have perfect fitness and measurements. I just want to make a six pack. But i saw a excellent fitness trainer on utube who said that if we make abs, we loose bit from bust as well. I dont wana do that so i have been avoiding abs. What do u say? is it a myth or what?
yea so i just started this and didnt feel anything at first but as it progressed it got more dificult i reckon i will get alot out of this be grateful you for the vid
There isn’t much difference if you start in tabletop or not, just go with what feel best. The most vital thing is that you do a workout regularly….most days if possible!
I’ve been following the Winsor Pilates (on DVD) for a while. While watching this, I notice that the trainers typically start with their legs in the “table top” position. Would this be more effective for me since I’ve done Winsor Pilates for a few months?

The only thing I felt was my leg muscles and my back hurting like hell.

I like this workout, i recommend it to anyone, it has dramatically helped me, thus it really being intense and challenging, THUMBS UP if you like
